The Tender Readiness Toolkit is not a guaranteed route to procurement contracts; it is an awareness tool to help an organisation determine its level of fitness for purpose!
All Users
The toolkit is deliberately designed to be easily accessible and makes use of common office software and allows users to copy and save all elements of the tools for ease of use. All material is copyright of Scedu Ltd. and as a user you must agree not to make copies of the tools for use by organisations other than the primary user.
Please bear in mind that the Toolkit should be supported with business support, the Toolkit does not have the answers.
The toolkit has been extensively tested on a variety of IT equipment and found to operate with no problems, Scedu will therefore not accept any liability for problems seemingly arising from use of the toolkit with individual users' IT equipment.
Purchasing or use of the toolkit in no way represents any prolonged contract with Scedu for further support or delivery of service.
When you register your toolkit with us you agree to be contacted by Scedu about future updates and related products. We will not pass your details on to any third party for marketing or promotional purposes.
The toolkit is an internal self awareness tool and as such Scedu can not be held liable for decisions made as a result of using the Tender Readiness Toolkit.
Assisting Agencies and Organisations
Once you have taken delivery of the Toolkits you are free to distribute them in anyway you see fit. We would ask that you don't sell them for a higher price than you have paid!
Please agree to keep a register of all recipients of the Toolkit and indicate whether they are happy to be contacted about their experiences of using the Toolkit and its future development. A form will be emailed to you with your order.
