Governance Training Workshop

Aim of the session:

  • To enable Directors/Trustees to understand what governance is – the different models of governance and the role of the management committee

The session will cover:

  • Planning and control
  • Making the right decisions
  • Statutory responsibilities (legal obligations)
  • Organisational responsibilities
  • Managing communication
  • Representation

The session will end with an opportunity for trustees to network and share their experiences.

SCEDU has allocated two places per Nursery/Pre-School provision, this may be extended dependant on demand.
