Drive It Home CIC

scedu-drive-it-home-logoDrive It Home is a new social enterprise dedicated to saving the lives of young people by raising awareness of the potential dangers of driving and being involved in a road traffic accident, whether by being a driver, a passenger or a pedestrian.

The enterprise delivers Driver Awareness Workshops that provide factual and statistical information around many of the issues concerning road traffic accidents. The facts are backed up by hard hitting videos showing (realistic) reconstructions of true-life road traffic accidents. Testimonials are delivered from guest speakers, speaking from their hearts about their real-life experiences.

We started as a small group of enthusiasts, passionately determined to spread the word that cycling in our city really is safe and we now have nearly 50 members – most of them trainers – and many links with other cycling organisations across the city and beyond.
