Holbrook Commerce Park

The pioneering £2.5 million Holbrook Commerce Park has been officially opened, the four acre site has created almost 50,000 sq ft of new premises within the Holbrook Industrial Estate. The flagship project was undertaken by Shepherd Developments for The Beighton Integrated Development Plan led by Beighton Villages Development Trust (BVDT).

Within the site are 8 managed workspace units owned by BVDT which are ideal for start up businesses, BVDT is keen to encourage local budding entrepreneurs and social enterprise. However, there is also opportunity for local and relocating businesses to expand.
